虚痞(慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变)中药治疗观察

Observation of Stuffy Sensation of Deficiency Type (Precancerous CAG) Treated by TCM

本文报道选取既符合中医虚痞诊断,又符合慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的患者154例为观察对象,辨证分型为三组,分两个临床阶段,分别以甘平养胃方、酸甘益胃方、甘温健胃方的汤剂及冲剂进行治疗观察取得比较满意的近期疗效。其中第二阶段104例中,临床症状改善率达98.78%,主症痊愈率为65.45%,癌前病变征象改善率为95.76%,消失率为52.12%;临床总有效率为96.15%。

Based on the TCM diagnosis of stuffy sensation of deficiency type and the diagnosis of precancerous CAG. the author observed 154 cases which were classified into three groups observed separately when treated with Ganpiug Yangwei Decoction, Suangan Yiwei Decoction and Ganwen Jianwei Decoction respectively in two stages. The short stage effect was satisfying. Of the 104 cases in the second stage the alleviation rate of clinical symptoms was 98.78%, the curative rate of the main syndrome 65.45%,the alleviation rate of precancerous symptoms 95.76% and disappearance rate 52.12% The total clinical effective rate was 96.15%.
