摘要
压力容器内液面的准确测量是多年来未能解决的一大难题。雷达液位仪的开发应用不仅解决了压力容器内液位的测量问题,也为其它行业物位的测量开辟了更广阔的前景。介绍了雷达液位仪的原理、构造,分析了现场实际应用中出现的问题及解决的办法,认为对现用的储存液化石油气、丙烯等产品罐可在不停产、不动火的情况下安装雷达液位仪表。经现场的多次试验调试,总结了一套较完整的安装应用技术,同时对罐外安装的标定、计量误差、罐内外温差等问题也进行了全面的分析,并提出了解决办法。
Level gauging for pressure vessel is a task which is not perfectly brought to success until the presence of radar level gauge, the promising device in other industrial fields as well. This paper describes the working principle and structure of the radar device,analyzes the problem met with in its application and solutions to them. It is believed that,without welding and interruption of operation,radar level gauge can be installed on LPG or C3 tank. A well developed installing techniques proved by multiple fields test are introduced,calibration, metering error and differential temperature of the device installed on the outside of the tank are discussed and corresponding sollution are given.
