本文对半夏的妊娠禁忌问题进行了实验探讨。制半夏和生半夏汤剂在对妊娠家兔母体无影响的情况下,能够引起死胎显著增加,胎儿体重显著下降,胎儿之间的大小差异突出。半夏汤剂的胚胎毒性不因炮制而有所降低,说明我国古代“半夏动胎”的说法有其道理。
