摘要
结合施工实际,介绍了液化石油气球罐盘梯的结构,它是由柱盘梯与球盘梯两部分组成的,因此,在计算盘梯的弯曲半径时应分别进行。给出了利用实地放样求盘梯侧板展开下料实长的具体计算步骤,并论述了求盘梯侧板展开下料实长的理论推导过程,通过对比,发现两者数值非常接近。叙述了盘梯的制作方法,指出用该方法制作的盘梯,基本上满足工程的需要,并可实现现场预制整体吊装,减少空中作业,提高了生产效率。
In the light of the practical construction, introduced in the paper is the structure of a spiral stairway of an LPG spherical tank, which is made up of a column spiral stairway and a spherical stairway. Therefore each of the two parts should be considered seperately when bending radius calculation is carried out. By means of field laying-out, the real length of the side plate (which is spread out) can be obtained. The writer introduces the exact calculating procedure for the above mentioned application as well as the theoretical deviation basis. Through comparison, the two kinds of values are found close to each other. Also, the way of manufacturing is stated and the spiral stairway manufactured in this way can meet the requirements of a related project. And field febrication and whole hanging can be available so that aerial operation is able to be reduced with production rate increased.
