FBT(稀土)复合保温材料的推广应用

摘要 输油站内工艺管网所采用的沥青珍珠岩和水泥珍珠岩保温材料都存在导热系数高、易老化、粉化和渗水的缺点,从而起不到很好的保温、防水、防腐、防裂作用。通过对FBT(稀土)复合保温材料性能特点的分析,认为该保温材料具有不老化、使用寿命长的特点,能起到很好的防水、防腐、防裂作用,对延长管道使用寿命所起保护作用比珍珠岩好,且具有用量少、施工简单、适用范围广等特点。介绍了使用该保温材料的施工方法,施工时可采用人工涂抹或将型材捆贴在管道上的方式,工程造价比较低。FBT(稀土)复合保温材料平均导热系数为0.030W/(m·℃),水泥珍珠岩平均导热系数为0.070W/(m·℃),两者比较,FBT复合保温材料保温效果具有明显优势,节能效果较好。 The bitumen (pearlites) and concrete pearlites used in stations and piping have such disadvantages as having high heat conduting coefficient, being easy to get aging, powdering and peeping water, therefore can not play a good function it should have in insulation, weterproof, anti-corrosion and anti-cracking purposes. Through analysis on the performance and characteristics on the performance and characteristics of FBT, multi-insulating material, it is considered to have the advantage such as never getting aging and being of long service life, it can help realize the advantages of being waterproof, controlling corrosion and being crackproof. It is much better than pearlites to prolong pipelines'service life. On top of that , it also has the characteristics of less quantity and being easy for construction, and having wide range of application. The contraction method of this kind of insulating material is as follows: one way is manual painting, another is wrapping the pipe with ready-made plates, each of which is low in construction cost. The average heat-conducting coefficient is 0. 030W/(m·℃ ), but concrete pearlites' coefficient is up to 0. 070W/(m·℃). Comparatively, FBT insulation material has obvious superiority and is effective in energy saving.
