Heavy Oil Long Distance Pipeline Technique Study

稠油长输管道配套技术包括纯稠油长输工艺、稠油与稀油混合输送工艺、干线管道结构、防腐保温结构、稠油泵、稠稀原油混合工艺和在线静态混合器。该套技术已应用于克拉玛依油田九区稠油的纯稠油管道和稠稀混合油管道，主要技术经济指标优于加拿大哈斯基石油公司编制的初步设计中的指标，输油成本接近或等于普通原油，年节约费用1352万元以上。

The complete sets technique of heavy oil long distance pipeline includs: pure heavy oil long distance transferring technology, heavy and light oil mixed transferring technology, trunk pipeline structures,anticorredon and thermal insulation composition,heavy oil pump,heavy-light oil mixed technology .and the on line static mixer. This complete sets of technique has been applied to transfer pure heavy oil pipeline and heavy-light oil mixed pipeline in No. 9 district,Kara-mai. The cost of these pipelines are close to common crude pipelines and it saves expense over 13 million yuan per year.
