平湖天然气处理厂连续稳定供气的工艺措施

Technology Measures for Continuous Stable Gas Supply of Pinghu Natural Gas Treatment Plant

东海平湖油气田陆上油气处理厂担负着加工处理海底管线输来的湿天然气的任务。通过控制露点使其达到城市燃气热值和干气标准，以向上海市浦东地区供气。为了全年连续稳定供气，陆上油气处理厂在严格控制工程投资的前提下，在工艺设计中采用了膨胀机、丙烷辅助制冷系统、J－T阀旁通等组成的多种工艺制冷流程；主工艺流程与副工艺流程的合理分段衔接；全厂旁通供气和主要机泵与设备考虑备用等工艺措施，基本上保证了各种工艺装置长期、连续而稳定地向上海浦东供气的任务。

Donghai Pinghu oil-gasfiqld on-land oil-gas treatmentplant undertakes the tasks of processing and treatingwet natural gas which comes from marine pipeline.Through dew point control,the plant makes the gasattaining the thermal value of city gas-combustingand dry gas standard and then supplys gas to Pudongarea Shanghai city. In order to maintain continuousand stable gas supply and on the prerequisite forstrictly control of engineering investigation, the onland oil-gas treament plant adopts expander,propane auxiliary refrigeration system and J-T valves, andconstitutes the technology refrigeration multiple process flows. The measures of rational segmenting and joining for main and auxiliary process flows, the whole plant bypass gas supply and alternating main pump-unit and other equipment etc insure various technology units long-term,continuous and stable operation.
