Overseas Oilfield Fine Filters for Treating Produced Water

对油田采出水进行深度处理，是为防止水中机杂质堵塞地层，这是低渗透油田采出水回注的关键。而水质深度处理主要依靠精细滤芯过滤器来实现。本文通过对国外新开发的处理采出水的精细过滤装置的调研，着重介绍了陶瓷膜滤器、金属网滤器、膨胀床纤维滤器、聚酰胺滤芯过滤器、针形聚酯纤维精细滤芯过滤器和双层滤芯过滤器。这几种过滤器构思新颖、设计先进、选用范围宽，且代表着90年代初期的国际先进水平。

The aim of advanced treatment to produced water is to prevent blocking up formation by mechanical impurities. This is the key link to back injecting produced water in low permeability oilfield. And to realize water quality advanced treatment mainly depends on fine core filter. Through investigation overseas newly developed fine filters for treating produced water,the article mainly introduces the ceramic films filters,the metal net filters,the expansion bed fibres filters, the polyamide core filters, the needle polyester fibres fine core filters and the double core filters.These filters are new in conception,advanced in designing and wide in selection range and represents the international advanced level of the early stage of 1990s.
