摘要
针对枣园掺水管道结垢实际,对不停产清除碳酸钙水垢的可行性作了探讨性研究。阐述了不停产清垢的技术要求及化学清垢原理;研究了试剂碳酸钙和污垢碳酸钙在不同水质中的溶解作用。从静态到动态,由定性到定量地对碳酸钙污垢的溶解作用和水质的稳定性作了试验研究,其结果表明,不停产清除碳酸钙污垢是可行的。在此基础上,复配出不停产化学清垢剂DDK-943,其性能评价表明,对枣大站掺水管线污垢的溶解能力为0.42t/t,加药量(600~800)×10-6,其平均腐蚀速度为0.055~0.097mm/a。对于6in管线结垢5mm厚,药费为21.6元/m,而3in管线仅为9.72元/m。对于枣大站至自来屯114×4的7.9km管线,按结垢厚度5mm计,药费约11.93万元,清垢时间约90d。
The authors test and study the dissoltition action of calcium carbonate scale and the stability of water quality. The resalt shows that it is possible to remove calciutri carbonate scale under unceasing production conditlon. On this basis the authors compound unceasing production chemical scale removing agent,DDK-943. Its property appraisal (on Zaoda station mixed water pipeline) as fallows: scale dissolve ability 0. 42t/t, add chemical amount 600~800 ppm, average corrosion speed 0. 55 ~ 0. 097mm/a. In 6in pipeline the thickness of scale 5mm, chemicals cost 2l1 6yuan and on 3 in pipeline only 9. 72 yuan. For the 114 ×4 7. 9km pipeline (from Zaoda station to Zilantun ) the thickness of scale count in accordance with 5mm, chemicals cost 119. 300yuan, scale remove time 90d.
