摘要 井下高能放电处理油层技术是一种油层解堵增产增注的新技术。其井下放电设备主要是由整流变频器、放电仪与电缆所组成。试验过程中,主要解决了放电仪定位、电缆接头处理、电缆匹配等技术问题,并摸索出合理的放电能量与放电次数。12只油井、3只水井的放电试验作业结果表明,处理有效率达80%,试验期间累积增油1260t,增注水量8180m3,取得了很好的经济效益。该技术具有能分段处理油层,作业时不伤害油层、不损坏套管,操作简单,成本低等优点,可成为国内油田一项常用的解堵增产增注措施。 Treating reservoir by high energy discharge is a kind of new technology for opening up blocks, increasing production and injectivity improvemtnt. Its downholc discharge apparatus are made up of rectification frequency converter, discharger and cable. In the course of test, several technical problems such as the posttioning of dischargers, cable joints and the matching of cables etc. have been solved and the authors try to find out reasonable discharging energy and times.Through discharge tests of 12 oil wells and 3 flood wells, results show that the effective rate of treatment achives 80 %, test perlod accumulatively increasing oil 1260t and increasing injected water 818m3.This new technology can be operated in devided sections in treating oil reservoir. It doesn't hurt oil reservoir, doesn't damage casing and it is simple in operation,low in cost etc.
