摘要
油井产液除砂对旋流器的要求主要是提高底流口排砂浓度,以减小底流二次处理的难度。结合油田产液合砂的实际情况,借助于正交试验手段,讨论了影响旋流器底流口排砂浓度的几个主要因素,指出底流口直径是影响底流口排砂浓度的最显著因素。并给出了适于油井产液除砂的旋流器的最佳水力几何尺寸。
The requirement to removal of sand in oil well fluid in cyclone is to increase the derisity of sand-discharge at the outlet of bottom flow so as to decrease the difficulty of the second treatment. Based on the practical circumstances of sand containing in oilfield production fluid and with the help of orthogonal test, this article discusses several main factors which effect the density of sand-discharge at the bottom outlet of cyclone,points out that the diameter of the bottom outlet is the most remarkable factor which effects the density of sand-discharge and shows the optimum hydraulic geometric size of cyclone which is suitable for oil well fluid sand-discharge.
