摘要
在详细了解王场注水系统现状及对其能耗的分析后,积极稳妥地采用高效大排量注水系及采取“整体降压、分区分压、合理搭配、局部增压”等节能改造措施,从而可有效地降低注水用电单耗。该系统建成后,便注水平均单耗电由原来的7.2kW·h/t降为6.2kW·h/t,年节电达到419.75×104kW·h,具有显著的社会经济效益。
On the base of understanding the present situation of Wangchang waterflood system in detail and analysing its energy consume circumstance, the authors positively and reliably adopts high-efficience,large-capacity waterflood pumps and energy saving revamp measures, that is 'decreasing pressure entirely, various districts with different pressures, resonable collocation and increasing pressure at part district',thereby the power consume of waterflood per ton has been decreased effectively, Since the system construction completed, average power consume of waterflood from 7. 2 kW. h/t decreases to 6. 2 kW. h/t,Economixing of electricrity, per year achieves 419. 75×104kW. h.
