This device is to determine the stable-state thermal insulation performance of tube-form thermal insula tion material; to appraise its thermal insulation effect so as to research a reasonable thermal insulation con stitution ; to know the thermal insulation result of the outsied protection. It provides an reliable test mesure for the affect elements determined by the thermal cureent meter.
