摘要
在导叶式旋风分离器的基础上,设计了一种A有特殊叶片结构的新型气体净化分离器。该分离器主要是由径向入口、直筒体、谁筒、叶片和芯管组成,叶片是由垂直叶片和水平叶片所组成。工作原理:带有固、液体的气流在逐渐减小的叶片流道内被加速并改变方向而形成旋涡流场,进而分离出气体中所携带的困、液体颗粒。室内与现场试验结果表明,新型气体净化分离器能从低:气量气流中分离出听携带的砂尘和液态水,当气体中所带砂尘的中位粒度在20~70μm时.分离效率不低于90%,除液效率不低于95%。
On the base of guide blad. type cyclone separator,a new type gas purifying separator having special blade construction has designed. This separator is made up of radial entrance, straight tube body, taper tube,blades and core tube etc. Blades are composed of hori zontal and vertical ones. Their work principle are as follows: gas flow carrying solid and liquid are acceler ated and changed its directioin and formed vortex fields in the attenuate path. Furthermore, the solid and liquid grain carrying in the gas are separated. In door and field experiment results show that the new type gas purifying separator can separate sand-dust and liquid water from low gas flow, when medium size of sand-dtIst in gas is 20~ 70μm, separate effi ciency larger than 90%, liquid removaI efficiency higher than 95 %.
