中高压玻璃钢管及在大庆油田的应用

Application of Medium-High Pressure Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic Pipeline at Oilfield

国外玻璃钢管的应用始于油田。由于它具有耐腐蚀、重量轻、安装方便、不污染输送介质和比相同钢管有较大流王，以及可降低工程总投资等优点，被广泛用于原油和天然气集输、化学废水及污水处理、盐水注入、CO2回收等中高压流体的输送管线。大庆油田已于1994年建成两条工作压力为16MPa的高压注水管线，一条工作压力为2．5MPa温度为80℃注热水输油管线。对这3条管线运行监测表明，杂质全程没有变化，路送介质含铁和含油量均有明显降低。通过经济对比可知，玻璃钢管线工程造价仅为钢管线的80％。

The use of glass fibre reinforced plastic pipeline starts from oilfield. Because it has many strong points such as: corrosion-resisting, light in weight, conve nient in installation, no pollution to the transported medium, larger flow rate than steel pipeline and low investment etc, it is widely used in crude,natural gas gathering-transferring, chemical waste water and sewage treatment, salt water injection, CO2 recovery etc medium-high pressure fluid transportation pipelins. There have been constructed 2 high pressure (16MPa) waterflood pipelines and a hot-oil trans portation pipeline (WP 2. 5MPa, T 80℃) in Daqing oilfield since 1994. Monitored result to the three pipelines shows that there is no change of impurity on the whole stage and the iron and oil contents in the transported mediums have decreased obviously.Through economic comparison,it shows that the cost of glass fibre reinforced plastic pipeline is only the cost of 80% of the steel pipeline.
