油井水泥降失水剂RC800的应用性能

THE PERFORMANCE OF FILTRATE LOSS REDUCER RC800 FOR CEMENT SLURRY

本文介绍一种新型油井水泥降失水剂ＲＣ８００的应用性能和在川东地区８口深井气层套管固井中的应用效果。ＢＣ８００的加量为０．８％—１．２％，可将水泥浆高温失水量控制在２００ｍｌ以下，副作用小，复配外加剂少，使用温度范围为５０—１２０℃，在６０—１１０℃使用效果更好。探讨了ＲＣ８００在水泥浆中的作用机理。

RC800 is a new commercial polymeric filtrare loss reducer for cementing slurry. In this paper the results of laboratory tests for RC800 and its uses in cemnting 8 deep gas wells are presented.RC800 in concentration 0. 8-1.2% decreases the HTYIP filtrate loss of the cement slurry down to than than 200 ml. The RC800-treated slurry shows less negative effects and necessitates less chemical treatment by other additives. RC800 is for use in temperature range 50-120℃. The filtrate reducing mechanizms of RC800 in cement slurry is also discussed.
