摘要
针对江汉油田污水含盐量特高的特点研制了多功能污水处理剂XW-3。室内及现场应用试验表明,XW-3在特高矿化度(2.8×105mg/l)油田污水中具有良好的缓蚀、阻垢性能及一定抑菌性能。使用XW-3的油田污水处理技术已通过江汉石油管理局组织的鉴定,目前正在推广应用。
The high corrosivity and scaliness of produced formation water (minerality 2. 8×10 ̄5 ppm in average) cause more and more troubles for water-treating systems in Jianghan Oil Fields. To solve such problems a multifunctional chemical agent ,XW-3, is developed. It consists of an amidocarboxylate with long chain aliphatic radical as main ingredient and a quarternary ammonium salt and others. In laboratory comparative tests at 56℃ in ase level 20 ppm. the corrosion and scaling inhibition rates of XW-3 are higher than that of some common single inhibitors and the inhibition rates to SRB and TGB growth are satisfactory (though less than that of bactercide 1227). In the long term (3 month) field test,introducing XW-3 in 15 ppm after film formation instead of the single corrosion- and Scaling-inhibitors and bactericide previously used led to decreasing corrosion rate from 1. 2448 to 0. 030 mm/a. scaling rate from 1. 60 to 0. 04 mm/a and bacterium content from >10 ̄3 to <10 ̄2 for TGB and from >10 ̄3 to <10 for SRB per ml water treated.
