试产原油脱水方案研究

摘要 油井试产过程中收集起来的原油很难破乳脱水。使用从52种破乳剂中筛选出的几种破乳剂,在加量高达200ppm(单一剂)或300ppm(复配剂)时原油脱水率最高只有38.9%和25.8%。掺入原油体积2/3的1%盐水并加入150ppm破乳剂可达到98.95%的脱水率,但经济上不合算。本文推荐二级电化学脱水法,破乳剂加量50—70ppm,原油含水率可降至0,3%。筛选出了6种破乳剂。介绍了电化学脱水工艺。 The crude oil collected in production tests is contaminated by various working fluids and other admixtures and is difficult to be dehydrated by common demulsifiers, single or in combination, water-,oil-soluble or soluble both in water and oil, as is illustrated by the results of dehydrating tests with 52 commercial demulsifiers and laboratory preparates.Dehydration by washing with 1%-NaCl solution and then treating with one of the emulsifiers selected(in 150 ppm) gives good results but is expensive. A two-stage electric-chemical process of hydration with one of the water-soluble demulsifiers selected in 60-70 ppm is shown to be a satisfactory way both in technological and economical aspects.
