摘要
介绍了用分子排阻色谱技术定量测定化学驱油体系中的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(PHPA)的方法。该方法以SI-200二烃基键合相为固定相,以甲醇/0.05mol/l的NaH2PO4(体积比40/60)为流动相,使用UV检测器在213nm处检测。表面活性剂/聚合物驱油液中所有组分对PHPA的测定均无干扰。吸附试验证明测定可靠性好。最低检测浓度为1μg/ml,回收率为97.3%—100.5%。
The procedure and results of quantitative determination of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA) in chemical flooding systems by size exclusion chromatography are described. In the technique developed the stationary phase used is diol bonded silica silica SI-200A, which is synthsized in this laboratory; the mobile phase is methanol/0. 05mol/l-NaH_2PO_4(40/60 by volume); the detector is of UV 213 type.The minimum detection concentration is found as 1μg/ml and the recovery lies between 97.3% to 100.5%. All additives in surfactant /polymer flooding systems show no interferences.In an adsorption test onto oil sand this method of determing PHPA in shown to be very operative.
