本文介绍一种新型油井水泥外加剂──分散缓凝剂ＴＤ－ｌＡ。用该外加剂处理的水泥浆流变性能好，稠化时间易调，固井成本低。在３口井的固井中试用该剂，取得了满意的效果。

This paper presents the results of laboratory evaluation and field tests in 3 wells of a bifunctional additive for oil well cement,dispersant/retarder TD-1A. It is a compounded agent and prepared from lignosulfonate,inorganic borate and other ingredients. The TD-1A-treated cement slurries have good rheologic characteristics and controllable gelating time.The cost of treatment by TD-1A is less than that be the dispersant + retarder used in these Oil Fields.
