用于蒸汽驱的高温调剖剂──碱法造纸黑液凝胶 被引量:8

摘要 本文对碱法造纸黑液胶凝反应原理和凝胶的综合性能作了研究,并介绍了在新疆克拉玛依油田九1-3区10口注蒸汽井进行蒸汽驱调剖现场试验的情况。试验结果表明:调剖剂配制液粘度低,易泵入,成胶时间可控制在8-48h,凝胶堵塞强度较高,成功率100%,有效期平均在7个月以上,增油减水效果明显,投入产出比高达1∶7,具有良好的经济效益。 The gellihng reaction of alkaline black liquor,phenol,aldehyde and crosslinking agent and the properties of the gel formed are investigated in this paper. The gelation time varies in the range 8-48 hrs at temperatures 150-300℃. The steam-plugging efficiency determined in quartz sand pack tests with this profile modificator at 200℃ is of>94 %. Field tests in 10 steam injecting wells in area IX-1-3 of Karamay Oil Fields are all successful and of 52 producing wells oil output raise is observed in 20 wells.
