摘要
以某种工业废水为主要原料,复配以表面活性剂、有机膦酸以及聚马来酸酐,在室内制得了价廉高效的防垢剂ZH-1和ZH-2,在模拟南疆沙参2井高钙(6000mg/l)、高矿化度(1.3×10 ̄5mg/l)采出水中测得防垢率达95%以上。该二种剂可耐受Ca ̄(2+)8000mg/l、HCO_31000mg/l,使用pH范围≤6。
Compounded scale inhibitor ZH-1 consists of an industrial waste water,surfactant AT and organic phosphinic acid ATMP and ZH-2,besides of those components mentioned, contains polymaleic anhydride additionally.The two agents are cheap and very effective in produced water of high Ca ̄(2+) concentration (6000 ppm) and high minerality (1. 3 × 10 ̄5 ppm) with inhibiting rate≥95%. They rae tolerent to Ca ̄(2+) up to 8000 ppm and to HCO up to 1000 ppm and functionize well at pH≤6.0.
