摘要
通过室内静态挂片试验和电化学测定,研究了缓蚀剂CK-121在两种磷酸酸化液中对N-80油管钢的缓蚀性能及其作用机理。研究结果表明,CD-121在磷酸酸化液中用量小,抗温性好,缓蚀效率高,是一种阴、阳极混合控制型优质磷酸介质缓蚀剂。
The corrosion inhibitor CD-121 is a imidazoline derivative in solution from developed for use in phosphoric acidizing fluids.The corrosion of oil pipe steel N-80 in these fluids is very high.In static corrosion tests the corrosion rates of 1753. 5 and 1122.1 g/m2·h are obtained for N-80 samples in acidizing fluids containing 28% H3PO4 and 12% H3PO4+3%HF with 5.0% unamed fluid's additives at 90℃ in 4 hrs.The corrosion rates are notably decreased after CD-121 added and the value 0.5802 and 1.4043g/m2·h are obtained with 5.0% CD-121 added.The test temperatures(23- 90℃) influence the corrosion rates in these CD-121-inhibited acedizing fluids only slightly.The polarization curves Constructed on electrochmical data at ambient temperature show the CD-121 is a mixed cathode/anode controlling inhibitor.
