马岭油田原油化学脱水过程中溢流罐内形成的中间层乳状液的处理 被引量:13

摘要 分析了长庆马岭油田含水原油溢流沉降罐内产生的中间层乳状液的组成,研究成功了使用烷基磺酸钠(AS)、无机酸(盐)、破乳剂并掺水破乳的方法,考察了影响脱水效果的因素,在马岭油田集中处理站进行了分离出的中间层乳状液现场破乳脱水试验。在乳状液中加入AS1500-2000mg/l、硫酸和(或)硫酸盐0.5%-1.5%、破乳剂400mg/l、掺水30%-100%,在40-50℃下4小时脱水率达95%,净化油含水小于5%。 In the overflow tank of chemically dehydrating system in Malin Oil Field. Changqing,accumulation of a stable interlayer emulsion between oil and waste water layers has been a trouble problem.On the basis of emulsion composition determination and comprehensive tests for seeking proper treating agents,a combination of chemicals and coresponding procedures with them are developed for dehydrating the interlayer emulsion isolated. The emulsion is diluted with 30100% (w/w) fresh or waste water and treated at 30-50℃ with sodium alkylsufonate in 1500-2000 ppm,non-ionic surfactants SP 169/9404 or SP 169/TA 1031 (1:1)in 400 ppm. 0. 5- 1. 5% H_2SO_4 and/or 0. 5- 1. 5% its salt to give qualified crude and waste water. The treatment of 300 m ̄3 isolated interlayer emulsion by this way of dehydration is conducted with success.
