摘要
在Bohlin仪器公司的CS-50型流变仪上,采用应力扫描、应力振荡、恒应力时间扫描等方式,测定并研究了3类4种水基冻胶堵水调剖剂凝胶的应力-应变关系、弹性性能、线性粘弹性能、屈服及屈服后流动、瞬时粘度、蠕变及回复,得到了一些力学特性值,讨论了凝胶的力学性能特点。
The mechanical properties of some typical polymer hydrogels are studied experimentally between parallel plates on Bohlin's rheometer CS-50 in the ways of stress sweep. stress oscillation,and time sweep at constant stress.The gel samples studied are:a polymerizized in-situ PAM gel of AM concentration 5% - 10% . PT910 ; a xanthan/Cr ̄(3+) gel of polymer concentration 0. 6% , Xc4000: and two PAM/Cr ̄(3+) gel samples of polymer concentration 0.6%,Gel-1 and Ge1- 3. The shear stress-shear strain relationship,elasticity (modulus of elasticity) , linear viscoelasticity (G'and G″against frequence),yield (yield point) and postyield flow, creep and recovery (creep and recovery compliances) of these gels are determined and disscused in relation to their structural features.
