摘要
本文报道了聚丙烯酰胺/有机钛冻胶压裂液的配方筛选、使用性能(耐温耐剪切性、流变性、破胶性能、对地层伤害)评价及在胜利油田现场应用的效果。该压裂液适合地温100─l50℃的低渗透油层的压裂改造,在中高含水油藏应用效果良好。
A polyacrylamide/organic titanium gelling fracturing fluid (FF)is formulated from PAM of MM(3-4)×106 and hydrolysis degree<4.0%(0.7% solution with pH2-4)and commercial Ti-organic crosslinker TA-13(1.0% solution) in volume ratio 100:5 with necessary additives.The effects of some formulation variables upon the viscosity of gelled FF are investigated.The performance of the PAM/Ti gelling FF are evaluated in laboratory for temperature and shear resistances, rheologic characteristics, gel breakdown and, in particular,the formation damage caused by filtrate and broken-down FF.This FF is appropriate for low-perneable high-temperature (100-l50℃) reservoirs.In field uses fracturing operations with this fluid lead to increasing productivity of oil wells and decreasing water cut.
