亚洲玉米螟化性类型的初步研究 被引量:18

摘要 本文对自然发生的亚洲玉米螟的一代越冬型和二代越冬型的滞育后发育历期和临界光周期等进行了初步研究。结果表明,在26℃、16小时光照条件下,一代越冬幼虫的滞育后发育历期是:雌虫54.88±1.14天,雄虫53.59±1.42天.二代越冬幼虫的滞育后发育历期是:雌虫28.14±0.99天,雄虫28.47±1.24天。一代越冬型的冬蛹重为0.0757±0.0036克,二代越冬型的冬蛹重为0.0593±0.0021克。在26℃条件下,一代越冬型的临界光周期为14小时30分钟.二代越冬型的临界光周期为13小时40分钟。在26℃、15.50小时光照条件下,一代越冬型的发育历期是:幼虫17.7284±0.2664天,蛹8.3276±0.9930天,二代越冬型的发育历期是:幼虫15.9500±0.2235天,蛹重7.7129±O.1102天.经分析认为,公主岭地区自然发生的亚洲玉米螟存在一化性类型和二化性类型,这两种化性类型具有明显的差异,可以区分开.对此项内容的深入研究有助于解决亚洲玉米螟大发生预测预报和综合防治的疑难问题。 This paper made preilminary study to lst generation overwintering type and 2nd generation overwintering type of ACB in post-diapause development time and threshold photoperiod.Results indicated:At 26℃ and 16 hours light:post-diapause development time of lst generation overwlntering larva is.54.88±1.14 days(♀)and 53.59±1.42 days(♂).Post-diapause development time of 2nd generation overwintering larva is 28.14±0.99 days(♀)and 28.47±1.24 days(♂).Pupa weight of lst generation overwintering larva is 0.0757±0.0036g.Pupa weight of 2nd generation overwintering larva is 0.0593±0.0021g.At 26℃ threshold photopertod of lst generation overwintering type is 14 hours and 30 minutes.Threshold photoperiod of 2nd generation owerwintering type is 13 hours and 40 minutes.At 26℃ and 15.50 hours light,development time of lst generation overwintering type is 17.7284±0.2664 days(L)and 8.3276±0.9930 days(P).Development time of 2nd generation overwinteringtype is 15.9500±0.2235 days(L)and 7.7129±0.1102 days(p).BY analyzing the results,we considered that Univoltine type and bivoltine type exist in population of ACB in Gong zhuling area.There is remarkable difference between two types.They can be distinguished.Making further study will be helpful to forecast emergence and control of ACB.
