摘要
本文研究了钙离子拮抗剂异搏定、硝苯吡啶、山莨菪硷和川芎嗪,对大鼠急性低氧性肺动脉升压反应的抑制作用,以及对其它心血管功能指标的影响。结果表明:异搏定(0.5mg/kg)、硝苯吡啶(0.06mg/kg)、山莨菪硷(5mg/kg)和川芎嗪(80mg/kg)均能显著降低急性低氧性肺动脉高压;异搏定、硝苯吡啶和山莨菪硷对右心室|±dp/dt_(max)|、心率和体动脉压也具有不同程度的降低作用。这表明急性低氧性肺血管收缩,是以Ca^(2+)跨膜内流为基础的;利用抑制平滑肌细胞膜上Ca^(2+)内流的药物对抗低氧性肺;动脉高压,有显著效果。
The effects of calcium blockers including verapamil (Vp), nifedipine (Nf), anisodamine (Ani) and Ligustrazine (Lig) on RVSP, HR, CAP, and ± dp / dt_(max) of the right ventricle during acute hypoxia have been investigated in rats. The results indicate that all of the drugs have inhibitory effects on the increase of RVSP, HR and ±dp / dt_(max) induced by breathing 10% oxygen in nitrogen. The sequence of potency of their effects on RVSP is Vp > Nf> Ani > Lig, and on ± dp / dt_(max) of the right ventricle is Vp > Nf > Ani, but Lig has little effect on ± dp / dt_(max).This implies that Lig can not only inhibit the rising response of RVSP to hypoxia, but also protect the heart function from hypoxic damage. Our results also show that calcium influs is the foundation of forming hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction and the drugs above can be selected for the effective treatment of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
