摘要
本文观察了'内关'、'三阴交'穴位埋针对大鼠慢性肺动脉高压形成的影响,实验结果:与缺氧组比较,埋针组肺动脉压、右心室压因缺氧而升高的程度明显减轻(P<0.05),右室收缩指数则明显升高(P<0.05);与平原组比较,缺氧组颈动脉压、左心室压、左室内压最大升降速率及左室收缩指数均略有升高,埋针组则均有明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.001)。上述结果提示穴位埋针有改善左、右心功能,减轻慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压的程度。
The effect of needle-embedding therapy on the development of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension was studied. Twenty nine male adult Wistar rats were divided into three groups: (1) Acupuncture group (n=9), needles were embedded at bilateral Neiguan and Sanyinjiao points and fixed with rubberized tape around the wrists and ankles; (2) Hypoxic group(n=14), 8 of 14 rats were treated as the first group except embedding needles. These rats were put into a hypobaric chamber simulating an altitude of 5 000M above sea level for 15 days. (3) Sea level group (n = 6), the rats stayed at sea level in the whole experimental period. Fifteen days later, all the rats were examined under urethane anaesthesia. The changes in pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP), carotid arterial pressure (CAP), right and left ventricular pressure (RVP and LVP), index of right and left ventricular contractility (Ic of RV and LV) and the maximal rate of increase and decrease in intraventricular pressure (± dp/dt max) were measured with the methods introduced before. The results were as follows: Both PAP and RVP in acupuncture and hypoxic groups were significantly raised but they were much lower in acupuncture group than that in hypoxic group (P < 0.05). Ic of RV was decreased in hypoxic group but increased in acupuncture group, so that the difference between these two groups was significant (P < 0.05). All the index represented the left ventricular function including CAP, LVP, ± dp / dt max and lc of LV were copensatively increased in hypoxic group and they were further augmentated in acupuncture group vs. the control group (P < 0.01 and P < 0.001). In addition, there waslclosely negative. correlation between LVP and PAP in acupuncture group. It means that the more LVP elevates,the less PAP elevates. All these results indicate that the improvement of heart function by embedding needles at acupoints might delay the development of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
