摘要
在12名听力正常的健康成人从头皮16个部位(channel)记录对两耳刺激与单耳刺激的ABR反应波形。应用计算机信号处理系统,以ABR Ⅴ波振幅电位分布图为观察指标进行自动转换分析处理。结果表明:(1)两耳同时刺激的Ⅴ波振幅高电位分布区几乎是均匀对称地分布于额部与顶部头皮;(2)单耳刺激的Ⅴ波振幅高电位区主要集中在Pz点为中心的头顶部头皮,而且有偏向受刺激耳的对侧和略有偏后的倾向。
The auditory brain stem response (ABR) evoked by binaural click and monaural click is recorded from 12 adults with normal hearing and brain electrical activity mapping on the scalp distribution is analyzed by computer using the amplitude of wave Ⅴ in 16 channel. The results indicate that: 1. The highest area of amplitude of wave Ⅴ evoked by binaural click was almost uniform and symmetric and distributed on the all parietal coronary area; 2. The highest area by monaural click was mainly detected on the parietal area and contralateral hemisphere.
