摘要
本文采用自行设计的离体作功右室灌流装置,测定了21例豚鼠右室功能值,其中10例连续观察2h。主要结果是:(1)60min内右室各功能指标相对稳定;(2)60min时出现舒张功能衰退,至120min时才出现泵功能及收缩性能衰退;(3)120min内HR呈相对稳定状态。并讨论了功能自然衰退的可能原因。此外,本文还指出离体作功右室灌流装置为研究右室功能可靠手段。
To investigate the stability and the time-depndent depression of the functions in IWRV, an experimerotal apparatus was made, and based on it, the functions of IWRV were measured in 21 cases and 10 of them were observed for two hours. The chief results were: (1) the functions of IWRV were not significantly altered within 60 min; (2) the diastolic functions were significantly depressed at 60 th min, while the pump function and contractility were significantly deprssed at 120 th min; (3) the HR was relatively stable within the 120 min. The possible causes for the depression of the function were discussed. In addition, the study showed that this perfusion apparatus would be very useful for the research work on the right ventricular functions.
