系统地介绍了同位素靶的制备技术,包括核靶的制备手段(真空蒸发、聚焦重离子束溅射、滚轧、电镀、离心沉淀),同位素化合物还原工艺(还原蒸馏、电解还原)和核靶的贮存方法(干燥法、抽真空法、低温干燥法)。
The paper introduces the techniques of making isotopic targets for nuclear physicsexperiments. Vacuum evaporation,focused heavy-ion beam sputtering ued to prepare various iso-topic targets at CIAE are deascribed.Reduction-distillation with active metals and electrolytic re-duction for converting isotope oxides to metals are mentioned. The stripping proresses of produc-ing self-supporting isotopic targets are summarzed.The store methods of metallic targets are given.
