摘要
作者提出了低温核供热堆(简称供热堆)环境辐射防护标准的建议值,即:(1)热网水放射性比活度限值0.37Bq/1;(2)每座核供热站正常运行工况下向环境释放的放射性物质对公众任何个人造成的有效剂量,每年应小于0.1mSv;(3)每座核供热站正常运行工况下气载放射性年排放量控制值,惰性气体为1.7×10 ̄(14)Bq,碘为5.0×10 ̄9Bq,粒子(半衰期≥8d)为1.2×10 ̄(10)Bq,液态放射性年排放量控制值,氘为7.5×10 ̄(12)Bq,其余核素为3。7×10 ̄(10)Bq;(4)每座核供热堆事故工况下,非居住区边界上的任何个人在整个事故期间所接受的有效剂量应不大于5mSv,甲状腺剂量应不大于50mSv;(5)限制发展区半径2km;(6)非居住区半径250m。
The proposal on the environmental radiation protection standards for nuclear district heatingreactor is put forward in the paper,namely:(1)The limit of radionuclide concentration in the wa-ter of heating loop is37Bq/l;(2)The limit of radiation dose to man caused by release of ra-dioactivity to environment during normal operation of nuclear district heating plant is 0.1mSv/a;3)For a nuclear district heating plant during normal operation,the limit of airborne radioactivityrelease is that the noble gas is 1.7× 10 ̄(14)Bq/a,the iodine is 5.0 × 10 ̄9Bq/a,the particle(T_(1/2)≥8d) is 1.2 × 10 ̄(10)Bq/a,and the limit of liguid radioactivity release is that the tritium is 7.5 × 10 ̄(12)Bq/a,other radionuclides are 3.7 × 10 ̄(10)Bq/a;(4)The limit of radiation dose to man during acci-dent of nuclear district heating reactor is whole body dose 5 mSv and thyroid dose 50 mSv;(5)The ratius of limit development zone is 2km;(6)The radius of exclusion zone is 250m.
