介绍了一个用测量次级中子飞行时间（ＳＮＴｏＦ）方法检测隐蔽爆炸物和毒品的方案，它包括检测原理、理论估算和装置的物理设计，并进行了初步的实验检验，获得了与理论估算基本一致的结果。
An explosives-nacotic drug detection system in Air Line Baggage with mesearing secondaryneutron TOF method including detection principle、theoretical calculation and physics design ofthe equipment is described.The preliminary experimental test was briefly made and the resultsare is in agreement with calculation.
