摘要
业已证实,油菜的芥酸含量受一对或两对基因控制,其遗传行为较为简单,但由于该性状是用量表示的,有时各类表现型之间分界不十分明显,给人为分类带来困难。本文根据动态聚类(按批修改法)的基本思想,建立了一种数量分类方法,该法分类的准则是标准差单位的最近距离.经大量实例应用,证明该法的分类效果较好.
It was demonstrated that the erucic acid content in rape was controlled by one or two gone loci.However,the phenotypes of the erucic acid is measured in quantity,there was not obivous boundary between phenotypes of some groups and difficult to be classified.The quantitative classifying method was based on dynamic clustering.The classifying criterion of this method was minimum standard deviation.It was applied in many practical examples and shown the method had better classifying effect.
