摘要
通过田间自然鉴定和室内离体叶圆片接种鉴定,研究了原产我国的葡萄属5个种和变种的11个株系及其与欧洲葡萄种间杂交13个组合的1018株杂种对霜霉病的抗性及其遗传。结果表明,后代组合群体的抗病性存在显著差异,呈连续性分布,表现出数量性状遗传的特征。野生种中主要存在主效抗性基因,后代群体的抗病性主要由野生种亲本所决定。欧洲葡萄品种的抗性程度也影响到后代的抗性强弱。种间杂交后代中,抗性基因的作用表现为加性效应。
The inheritance of resistance to Plasmopara viticola was studied with 1018 F1 hybrids crossed between 11 clones of 5 wild species native to China and Vins vinlfera cultivars by natural infection in vineyard and leaf disc inoculation in vitro. The results showed that the resistance to the disease among the progenies were significantly different,with the traits of continuous distribution and quantitative inheritance. It seems that in the wild species there exists major resistant genes controlling the resistance of hybrids to the disease, while the Vins vinifera parents gave also centain effect on the resistance to the disease of progenies. The additive effect of resistant gene was found among the interspecific hybrids.
