摘要
研究了长春密刺黄瓜第15叶摘顶后植株所发生的生理变化。结果表明,摘顶后植株叶片叶绿素含量增加,气孔阻力减小,蒸腾强度、根系活力及光合作用均增强。摘顶之所以能使黄瓜增产,是因摘顶后植株诸多有利于同化作用的生理功能变得更加协调与增强所致。
This experiment was carried out in the greenhouse at Shandong Agricultural University in the spring of 1991. The effects of topping on the physiological properties of cultivar Changchunmici cucumber was studied.The chlorophyll content in leaves increased as a result of topping; the younger the leaf on the stem was, the more remarkable increase in chlorophyll.Topping decreased the stomatal resistance, and therefore both the transpiratory intensity and photosynthetic intensity were affected more sharply.
