摘要
美味猕猴桃26号(ActinidiadeliciosaNo.26)与软枣猕猴桃(Actinidiaarguta)种间杂交,多数杂种F1表现为中间类型偏父本,少数偏母本,由中间类型杂种雌株中选出果大、绿皮、无毛的株系。经染色体鉴定、过氧化物酶同功酶分析和杂种实生苗及其形态特征的观察,确认此种间杂种为猕猴桃属的新种质。
Interspecific hybridization,Actinidia deliciosa No.26×A.arguta,was successfully carried out with the conventional cross and the embryo rescue methods.Most of hybrid progenies appear to be the intermediate while a few tend to the maternal.Some female plants of hybrid progenies produce fruit characrized by the size similar to that of the maternal parent,by the greeness and the hairlessness similar to that of paternal,as well as suitable ratio of acid and sugar.The hybrid nature has been confirmed by chromosome counting,isoperoxidase analysis and morphological characteristics.These results show that the hybrid is a new germplasm synthesized with interspecific hybridization in Actinidia.
