摘要
为加速有机和矿物化学试样的溶解、特别设计了一套采用圆筒形谐振腔的微波能加热装置,腔内可同时放置4只密闭容器.装置还设有一种自动温控装置和一种简易安全压力阀.每个密封消化罐内放置33mg的铂铱合金,仅花30min即被酸溶解,而传统方法需时3h.
In order to decomposite organic or mineral samples more quickly.A set ofmicrowave power heating device was designed,in which the cylinder resonant cavity wasused. In this cavity 4 vessels were heated in the same time.An automatic temperature control system and a easy-made safety valve were also de-signed. 33 mg Ir-Pt was digested by acid in each closed digest vessel spent 30 min. only.Ifone uses traditional method,would spend 3h.
