胆石溶解药剂蒙克汀的合成研究

Study of Synthetic Dissolving Gallstone Agents-monooctanoin

蒙克汀（Ｍｏｎｏｏｃｔａｎｏｉｎ，商品名Ｃａｐｍｕｌ－８２１０）又称单辛烷素，是一种国外较为流行的溶解胆石的新药，它是由７０％的单辛烷素（Ｇｌｙｃｅｒｙｌ－ｍｏｎｏｏｃｔａｎｏｉｎ）与３０％的双辛烷素（Ｇｌｙｃｅｒｙｌ－ｄｉｏｃｔａｎｏｉｎ）组成的混合酯类，在国内尚无合成的先例。笔者多次在实验基础上，确定出了合成单、双辛烷素及纯净单辛烷素的方法，后将二种产品按一定比例混合，配制成符合含量及质量要求的蒙克汀产品。

Capmul-8210(Monooctanoin) is composed of 70%glyceryl-mon-ooctanoin and 30% glyceryl-dioctanoin, It is a new agents dissolving gallstone,andwide-ranging used abroad,The methods of synthesis of mixester glyceryl-monooctanoinand glyceryl-dioctanion and pure glyceryl-monooctanoin from octanoic acid and glycerolhave been studied. Mixing the resulted glyceryl-monooctanoin and mixester inproportion,the Capmul-8210(Monooctanoin)satisfying the demand of contents andquality is obtained.
