摘要
滇池地区风化磷块岩经过简单地擦洗脱泥便可获得理想精矿,为我国的磷矿选矿开辟了一条新路。但在开发利用之前应当正确区分它们的风化程度,“风化矿石”造成有用组分P2O5的富集,“强风化矿石”则造成P2O5的贫化,前者有良好的擦洗效果,后者经过擦洗将有一半以上的有用组分丢失。不同风化程度的矿石有不同的矿物学和化学组分特征,因而可以根据化学分析结果作定量判别。风化磷块岩也是一种矿床类型,它有别于原生磷块岩矿床,有关风化磷块岩矿床勘探的一系列问题,应当进行研究。
The ideal P ore concentrate can be obtained by simply Rubbing-Washing-Demudding the weathered phosphorite in Dianchi area,which starts a new way in the P ore dressing of China. However,before the exploitation and utilization of this kind of P ore,the weathering degree of it must be determined accurately.The reason is that the weathered ore makes the useful component P2O5 enriched whereas the intensively weathered ore causes P2O5 poorness. And the Rubbing-Washing-Demudding is very effective to the former but would make the latter lose more than half of the useful component.The ores with different weathering degree have different characteristics in mineralogy and chemical composition.Therefore,they can be quantitatively distinguished according to the chemical analysis.The weathered phosphorite is a new kind of P deposit different from the primary P deposit.A series of problems related to the exploration of the weathered phosphorite ore deposit must be studied.
