摘要
1985—1986年,分别以夏播和春播大豆为材料,研究大豆不同抗旱品种根系的生理功能.结果表明:大豆抗旱品种根系内可溶性糖和游离氨基酸的含量较高,并在开花结荚期出现高峰。根细胞的基态渗透浓度较大,渗透吸水能力较强.根系的伤流液较多,伤流液的电导率也较高。抗旱品种叶片含水量多,水势较高。
This paper deals with the root physiological functions of several soy-bean varieties which have different drought resistance in the field condition The main results as follows.(1)The sugers content and free amino acids content in the root system of soybean were changed with growth stages.The highest values of them appeared at the period from blooming stage to podded stage.(2)There were higher content of free sugers and free amino acids in the root system of drought resistance varieties than in the root system of droght sensitive varieties.(3)As compared with the roots of drought sensitive varieties,the osmotic potential of cells,the qantity of bleeding sap and electrical conductivity of the bleeding sap were all higher in the roots of drought resistance varieties.(4)The leaf water content and its water potential of drought resistance varieties were higher than that of drought sensitive varieties.
