摘要
在分析了顺序统计量相关性的基础上，提出了使用广义回归分析方法来确定Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ分布的三个参数，从而根据最小平方估计量所作的预测仍然有效。
Bascdon the dependence between order stadstics,a general least sq uare meth-od for estimating three parameters of Weibull distribution is introduced, so that the pre-diction by least square method is efficient.
