针刺加破瘀通经法治疗缺血性中风500例

Clinical Observation on 500 Cases of Ischemic Apoplexy Treated with Acupuncture and Principle of Eliminating Blood Stasis and Clearing Channels

本文从１９８９年３月至１９９２年５月收入住院中风患者５００例，均经头颅ＣＴ定位诊断，采用针刺加破瘀通经法治疗。在临床分为三型：一、肝风内动型；二、气虚血瘀型；三、肾精亏虚型。治疗结果：治愈１８４例，显效１３１例；好转１７８例；无效７例。总有效率为９８．６０％。

cases of ischemic apoplexy were treated acupuncture and principle of eliminating blood stasis and clearing channels after level diagnosis of skull CT from the period of March,1989 to May 1992.The cases were divided in-to 3 types in clinic:1.type of up-stirring of liver.2.type of blood stasis due to dificiency of qi.3.type of dificiency of kidney-essence.Treating results :184 cases were cured.131 cases were effective.178 cases were improved,7 cases were inefficacy.The total effective rate was 98.60.
