摘要
研究了Ce4+离子(CAN)引发的丙烯腈(AN)在芭蕉芋淀粉(ST)上的接枝共聚,对影响接枝效果的因素作了考察。结果表明芭蕉芋淀粉极适用丙烯腈接枝,生成聚丙烯腈与淀粉的接枝共聚物。获得良好接枝率和接枝效率的适宜条件为:AN/ST(重)=1.5~1.9,〔CAN〕=1~1.5×l0ˉ3mol/l、反应温度T=25~30℃、反应时间t=2.5~3h以及反应前每克淀粉用65~70ml水湖化。反应产物用碱水解、干燥后,可得吸水能力大于800ml/g的吸水树脂。
Grafting of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) to Canna Edulis Ker starch(ST) initiated by ceric ion Ce4+ (CAN) was studied. The variables affecting degree of grafting and efficiency were examined. The results. showed that Canna Edulis Ker starch was quite suitable for grafting of PAN. To achieve the better grafting efficiency and degree of grafting the appropriate conditions were AN/ST(weight)=1.5~1. 9 ,(CAN)=1~1. 5 ×10ˉ3 mol/1.reaction temperature=25~30℃, reaction time=2. 5~3 hrs, and that the starch was gelatinized with 65~70 ml water per gram before the reaction. After the grafting, product was hydrolyzed with alkali and dried, the absorbent resin was obtained which had capacity of absorbing water over 800 ml per gram.
