摘要
甘蓝型油菜中的裙边叶形受两对隐性重叠基因控制,细胞质对叶形的表现没影响。第三片真叶起即表现出裙边叶与普通叶的差别。裙边叶形具有可作为标记性状的潜在利用价值。
Based on the observation of two crosses,a leaf with elongate margin in Brassica napus is determinated by two pairs of recessive genes with duplicate effect and no cytoplasmic influence exists on the expression of the leaf shape The leaf shape may be distinguished from normal leaf shape after appearance of third leaf.It could be used as a new genetic marker.
