前、后交叉韧带的力学特性及其与损伤关系的研究 被引量:2

A STUDY ON THE BIOMECHANICS OF THE ANTERIOR AND POSTERIOR CRUCTIATE LIGAMENTS AND RELATIONSHIP TO INJURY

摘要 用万能电子力学试验机,对30例防腐成人膝关节的交叉韧带分三个处理组进行了大学测试。结果;最大拉伸力(Kg),前交叉韧带为29.5±7.1,后交叉韧带为32.8±10.6,两韧带一起为94.5±11.3。韧带断裂时,总是前交叉韧带较后交叉韧带先断,与前交叉韧带损伤为多见的临床事实相符。韧带的断裂形式,各组均为韧带的附着端的撕脱,提示了韧带的集中受力点和薄弱点所在。由此认为,韧带移植再造时,移植体两端的固定尤为重要。 specimens,which were divided into there groups,were studied withthe electronic biomechanics test mechine. The resules were as follwing:The maxmum ten-sion (kg)was 29.5± 7.1 in anterior cruciate ligament,32.8 ± 10.6 in postcrior curciatc liga-ment,and 94.5 ± 11,3 in both anterior and posterior cruciate ligamnets together.The tear oftheanterior cruciate ligament occured earlyer than that of the posteriorcruciate ligamnet. Which was as same as the fact that the tera of thearterior cruciate ligament wass commencliniclyy.The tear occured in the attaeted points of the ligaments in each group.So,it ismore importent to fix the two ends of the graft when a ligament is reconstructcd.
