树鼩(Tupaia Belangei chinesis)尿中电解质(Na~+.K~+.Ca^(2+))的排泄节律

摘要 用SP1900型原子吸收分光光度计测定了树24-72小时尿液中Na+、K+、ca ̄2+的排泄量。经用余弦节律分析法及零振幅检验对实验数据进行处理,结果显示,树尿中Na+、k+、Ca ̄2+的排泄均有明显的昼夜节律。其峰值均出现于12:00-20:00,谷值出现于6:00-8:00.且其排泄量在午后至黄昏期间均处于较高水平(高于24小时平均值).黑夜至午前处于较低水平(低于24小时平均值)。 Na+,K+,Ca ̄2+,excrete amount of 24-72 hours in urine were determinedby Sp-1900 AAS.Parameters were analysed with "consinor-rhythmometry", and ,"Zero-amplitude test"。The results showed that there were obvious circadian rhythms about the exerete of uricNa+,K+,Ca ̄2+ in tree shrews. The acromctron was at 12:00-20:00 and bathymetron was at6:00-8:00. The excrete amount was at higher level (higher than average amount of 24hours.) from noon to dusk and at lower level(lower than average amount of 24 hours) be-fore noon.
