摘要
本文报道３０例心脏直视手术中应用大剂量抑肽酶减少术后失血及输血量，取得了良好效果。
he protective effect of large dose aprotinin in
cardiopulmonary bypass op-eration was studied. In 30 patients
undergoing open heart operation, aprotininwere given before start of
CPB (group A).Another 30 patients receiving noaprotinin were served
as a control (group B). The results showed that thepostoperative
bleeding and transfusion deereased significantly. The use of
largedose aprotinin is safe and effective, and can decrease blood
loss and reducetransfusion in cardiac operations.
