摘要
介绍了水稻中赤霉素的生物合成,并结合本组的研究工作阐述了赤霉素与光敏核不育水稻育性转换的关系。
A survey was conducted on the effect of wx locus on kernel weight in rice in 135 crosses offour types,i,e. , non-waxy indica/waxy indica, non-waxy indica/waxy japonica, non-waxy japonica/waxy japonca and non-waxy japonica/waxy indica. It was found that waxy kernels were lighter than non-waxy ones in all of the plants。 The relative differences of weight between waxy and non-waxy kernels var-ied with the cross types,and this difference of the same cross was relatively stable in successive generations. The results implied that the wx gene has pleiotropism to kernel weight and at the locus there may exist thedifferentiation of multiplealleles ; and that the effect of Wxi from indica rices on kernel weight is significantlygreater than that of Wxj from japonica rices.
